This tournament can't start yet because your numbers don't add up. You start with 18 players, so with 3-player games and only winners advancing, you have 6 players advance to the next round. So from there does that mean there's another 3-player game then a 1v1 final? Or is there something else? Your post is not clear enough to begin yet.

which is :
9-3 player games round 1
3-3 player games round 2
1 final with three players

Apologies NS, clarified in first post now. The final is indeed a 1v1 match for the title.
