earlier snapshots to chat aren't usable links any more

win 7, firefox 3.6.13,
bob, clickable maps, map rank gl, clan rank

since the older chat has become hidden, after clicking 'load entire chat' earlier snapshots to chat are shown as the string of letters that normally people without bob see, not as a usable link or actual snapshot any more. so if towards the end of a fog game you want to see who originally had a certain area you're out of luck.

yep...we lost a shit load of chat as well...had to click to view entire chat...which never happens..and when that happens its breaking the snaps in chat. i think??
However my question is why is this the case now that the whole chat log isnt loading...it wasnt even that many lines.

You have to refresh the screen after loading the chat to turn the strings into links.

i appreciate the thought. i have been doing that to view recent snapshots but when i refresh the page it hides the older chat again and when i click to view it...back to the strings of letters it goes.

Ahhhh, this makes sense now. Okay. What about if the chat won't need to be hidden. Take a snapshot and see if the link works. Then if not, refresh and see if it works.

refreshing the page does work fine on recent snapshots, but not the earlier hidden chat snapshots that are the subject of this post.
