This is a Doubles Tournament that will give away premium to two freemium members.

Details-Finding a doubles partner can be a tough thing. In this tournament you don't neccessarily have to find one, but you will go through the steps to be one. From small maps, to varying spoils, to the more complex maps. At least my level of complex.

Who can sign up
This tourney is designed for freemium members to get premium so they get priority. You can sign up as a team or an individual. Only freemiums can sign up as individuals.

-Individual freemiums who sign up will be randomly paired with others who do so. But be careful. If there is an uneven amount you will be left out if you are the last person to join up.

-2 Freemiums can join up together
-Premiums can sign up and get in right away if they have a freemium teammate.
-2 Premium members can sign up together but will only be added after a week to allow freemiums to sign up first. You will play for a freemium member-you don't have to say who when you sign up. Those who sign up first will get in

Games and opponents will be made at random. First round is best of 3. Finals is best of 5. Everything else is 1 game elimination. All games sent 1 at a time.

Rail Africa - Flat/chain/foggy[/spoiler]

Requirements
If you sign up as a team it doesn't matter your turn percentage/rating.
Individual sign ups MUST have 97% turn and 4.5 rating. This will be strictly enforced.
The rule is strictly enforced because if a teammate deadbeats out of one game then that team forfeits and the other team advances.
If this is in the finals then a 1 v 1 game(World 2.1 settings) will be used with the semi final losers.
Must keep 1 game slot open

Premium Prize
If 2 Freemiums win as a team they both get premium.
If a Pre/Free team wins then the freemium gets premium and the 2nd premium is raffled off to a freemium who entered this tourney.
If 2 premium win then the first premium goes to the freemium they were playing for, 2nd is raffled off to a freemium who entered this tourney.
