Tourney Privaledges

How do I know when my tourney has them? Do I just wait for my tourney to be moved from create/join to ongoing?
Sorry if it seems like a dumb question....first tourney

If you read the guidelines on tourney creation you will see that once your tourney is filled and you put in the title [FULL] the mods will move it to Ongoing, grant you privs and send you a pm./
