Dinner Party at Saxi's House

Post by saxitoxin »

Gang, we've been putting a lot of work into making The Club a more inclusive and caring community and I'M PROUD OF ALL OF YOU.

Gang, wanna celebrate by having a quick little dinner party I'm putting together at my place. Nothing fancy, gang, it's just a chance for all of us to kick off our shoes, high-five each other and celebrate a job well done.

Seating chart is below. LMK if you're okay with your table buddies or if you have special dietary requirements. Menu and other detes will follow later gang.

Great job, gang! Let's celebrate!
- Saxi

BTW - if your name does not show on the table chart it's because there is a special assignment for you. Detes to follow, gang.

Alright I get to sit at the kids table! I hope they have high chairs, cause those short chairs really hurt my legs when I sit in them too long. (no seriously, they do). And all my best friends sit there with me! yeah! but... who's colton24? I've never heard of him.

Rebecca Stamos? I could do worse, though Saxi might want to know that kids these days are more into the Asians. Maybe it's just me.

Gang, tentatively putting the party on the schedule for June 30. As this is the day before Canada Day we're going to serve their national dish of Pancakes and Grizzly Bear. You will also have the option of visiting the Taco Bar if you don't like Canadian food. Please LMK ASAP if you have allergies. Thank you, gang.

I'm not sure if I will make a good Valet as my license is currently revoked and I haven't driven in about 5 years.

Just a heads up.

Obviously Saxi put Rebecca Romjin between the two Greek fellows given her penchant for liking the swarthy, bronzed, Adonis-types.

LOL I was trying to put all three Greek players here in the Club together but I forgot Stamos was Rebecca's married name.

She hasn't been very active in the forums though and was kind of a ringer so we could have a whole bench of Greeks together, because they're good conversationalists, so I may drop her now that TGD has pointed out she's not Hellenic.

So, what is the theme for the meal? You guys are talking about the Greeks... How about Giros? And Spanikopita for the appetizers?

+1 for spelling spanikopita correctly
-3 for spelling gyros incorrectly
