Britain v2?

Is it enough to want to remake a map just because where the territories are suck? I mean - who puts Hampshire where Bucks, Berks or Oxfordshire should really be?

I seem to remember that it was put together by an american in japan or a japanese in america... so the accuracy might leave a little to be desired!
