nice, a few borders are a bit pixely and the borders and impasabale borders look to be floating over the land.

but can i ask why you don't finish your other projects first?

is this 1 going to end up in vacation as well? Because andy isnt going to change the foundry rules for you qwert.

As for the actual map. Im not a fan of the colours. You will have the same problem with yellow as I mentioned in the boer war map. Yellow and neutral numbers are going to be impossible to see.
Im not sure why but im having problems reading your continent labels. Maybe they are too spread out.
Your rivers are floating.

I agree with boberz. Putting your maps in vacation was meant to give everyone a break. Old arguments are not going to go away if you keep starting new maps. And you are going to start more each time you start a new map and not finish it.

Alot of people love your maps but are getting very frustrated by you not finishing them.

This is a cluttered mess isn't it. Some suggestions:
- Make all your territory names black, it's very hard to read red on orange in the Ardennes area.
- Lose the emboss and shadows on rivers
- Lose the shadows on the rest of the impassable borders
- Are the faint labels in the background neccessary?
- See if you can get colours that complement each other rather than clash

While I like the idea of a Battle of the Bulge map, this is far from what I have envisioned. It's a bit hard to comment on gameplay at the moment, I'm having a hard time looking at the map for any length of time.

commitment issues? It's going to be hard getting people to take you serious qwert...

You've dropped the ball on 2 maps and are now starting a third. I see a bit of a pattern here so I'm not going to spend time looking over your maps just so you can make a pretty picture and abandoned it.

If you want serious feedback from the community you're going to have to act like you're serious about finishing a map...

Europe 1914
Eastern Front
Ancient Egypt
Iwo Jima
Operation Market Garden
Battle of the Bulge

This would be number 6.

To be fair I've put a few ideas out there and not gone through with them, it's just that I haven't actually gone as far as to make a map. I've always given up before actually putting any work in. It's just a shame to see so much effort put into these maps only to see them put in vacation over little issues.

I'd like to think we can all give qwert a fresh start with each map though.

I still think eastern front is his best.
This map is far from being better than any of his others.
Qwert is just hurting himself more each time he puts a map in vacation. He keeps putting more people off side each time because most people are sick of it.

I want to play the Eastern Front map. It looks great and it was the closest to getting completed. I think it's like 99% finished. So stop the 'holiday' on that one please. ;)

ardenes is a faint label.
it is really hard to read and there's no point for them because they don't represent the names of continents.

I think the map needs to be focused much more around Bastogne...

I have to agree but I won't argue with you cos there seems to be no winning.

Anyway, this map looks to have potential but you're going to have to make sure it isn't too confusing with borders and that. However, your second image already looks miles better than the first.
