Both players, consistently attacked me, even though they were both obviously stronger. I looked at their profile and they player games together, infact most games by QC- are 1 vs 1 against thoraxe. Their movies were clearly to attack me, for example. in the mars area, thoraxe attacked my 17 to break my bonus thats it, then QC came in and finished me off. Next I tried to own Neptune, but same thing happened. I watched for two turns as they had massive bonuses yet consistently attacked me, and would attack only 1's on their side ( it was obvious ) Thoraxe vowed to weaken QC, but instead attacked two territories, and suicided a 7 on my 12 in the a bonus area ( the only area I had ). Qc then came in and instead of attacking back on thoraxe, cleaned me up for the 3rd time. I got double slammed here, and Thoraxe stated to me in chat, they are neighbours and play together. This to me is OBVIOUS Secret Alliance...

Both cleared of being Multis
Both noted for SD in this C&A report, and here is why:

They did declare that they are friends/classmates.
They also disclosed (late in the game) that Thoraxe's strategy was to attack a stronger/higher ranked player due to your experience in wins and tactics. This is a common elimination strategy on CC by many.
Upon review of the lopsided win/lose ratio between these two players, something was missing - game chat.
If you are "teaching" someone that you see everyday, why is there no game chat? Hmmm?

Well, nevermind that... They will both receive warnings but not for the accused game above...
