The realms of entertainment and reality often mesh together, instituting what seems to be a social consciousness, a grab-bag of ideas and values borrowed from books, movies, popular stories, teh interwebz, and news, among other important avenues of information. It's of passing interest that this may also cause flatulence (both physical and mental), obesity, erectile dysfunction, anorexia, and unfortunately the disastrous pop-music scene of the '90s (well, any decade really, but that's the last one where I remained largely abreast of radio music).
What am I getting at, you ask? For what reason have I stood (sat) here, pontificating (typing)? Ha! Only the best mafia game this side of the ol' Miss*!
