how is this a secret alliance,discussing a move with a team mate?
google translate isn't always accurate,and it's not fair to say eaxactly what they are saying as it's part of the tactics.you do realise Dakelh is on the map,not a french word dont you.....

Alright, after reviewing the game log, (including translation and the aftermath), I am going to Note this report, as the translation doesn't exactly mention a Diplomacy. Just for future references.
