map rank medals

On map rank medals it always shows I dont have a medal in speed games and that I need 20 more wins to get the next medal:

It actually seems that the numbers dont move on any of the medals no matter what maps I am playing or type. Is this a bug or am I not understanding about cross map and speed medals for example.:
