Yes, "going incognito" can mean hiding one's identity in order to get respite from the pressures of fame, or just keeping a low profile. Naturally, isaiah40 would never use another identity here at CC -- that is Rule #1.

Not just "can mean", it literally does mean it. "Incognito" comes from latin "in cognitus" = "not known" and it's literal meaning is "anonymous".
