This one will be a tournament with two phases: a group phase and an elimiation phase. The group phase will consist of five 10-player groups. Every group game will be in rabdom maps. First two players of each group will advance to the semi finals. All players will have to choose a US state to represent in this league.
US States - Pick one: (updated for 50/50 players in)
If a player doesn't choose a US state to represent, I will randomly appoint one to him.

Settings - n-player games: auto freestyle escalating chained NO fog NO trench 30 round limit 24 hour rounds
Freemiums are welcome as long as they leave one slot open for the tournament.
Reserves Policy: - One invite will be sent. If not accepted, the player in stake loses the game. - If the missed game is the first one, the player in stake will be replaced by a reserve.
Western Division Playoff Wyoming - Last to lose Oregon - Winner Nevada
Central Division Playoff Kansas - Hasn't played a turn in over 30 days. He is out of the tournament. Iowa Indiana - Last to lose Kentucky - Winner
Semi Final Game 1 Oregon New Mexico Kentucky North Dakota Virginia - Winner
Game 2 Wyoming Colorado Indiana Maine Massaschussets - Winner
Final Virginia vs Massaschussets 1-0

Group Tiebreakers: 1. Points 2. Winner between the tied players take the highest place (ONLY if the tie is between two players) 3. playoff between the players in stake
it's in a spoiler, it's easy to miss.
