Hi: I prefer to play certain maps! Is there a way I can do a search just for that type of map, to join a game? 
This should have been in the Questions & Answers forum, but anyway,...
Use the Game Finder in the menu on the left. There you can select Awaiting Players, pick maps in the list (use ctrl-click to select various maps), and choose other settings you like. Hit Search and you're good to go.
