Comments: ninja6r has played 135 games, 117 of these have been with bat_fink, most of which bat_fink has won (and so far I have found none that ninja6r has won)

in game 13144815, ninja6r has been blocking access to South America and Oceania which bat_fink hold. I just cashed in spoils so I could plow through ninja6r's 12 troops on Mexico City and found out that bat_fink had been sitting with 1 troop on Bogota, not to mention at the start of the game ninja6r moved out of south America to take up that blocking position. Ninja6r also has 8 troops sitting on Bangkok, blocking Oceania where bat_fink holds the bonus. T he game is with fog so you won't be able to see it but if you look at the log after, you should be able to see what's been going on.

After looking at ninja6r's play history and finding it to be extremely suspicious I had to report this.

139 games, 117 with bat_fink (pdart won 2 of those games (Game 12693353 & Game 11837812 and while not hard evidence, the chat in both games is lightly suspect)

Games with all 3 (bat_fink, pdart & ninja6r) = 55 (3 and 4 player games) bat_fink won all 3 player games, lost 1 4 player (won by another player)

This one screams multi. They have played in 117 games together with Bat_fink having a 95% win rate when they are in same game and ninja having a 0% win rate.
Considering bat fink only has a 22% win rate overall I personally think this is a no brainer.

Ninja6r having an anonymous proxy only adds to the case.

Look at the game log for a few minutes they were clearly working together at the least and my quests would be Multis. Look at the log in times as well. Kinds funny is how the game ends when ninja knew exact ally where red was and didn't kill him just set him up for yellow to cash and double trade after finishing up red. Nice try guys or ( guy ). And mind you that was only one game I spent a few minutes lookin at.
