I am better than average at running, sprinting, rowing, skiing, flat water kayaking, rugby, soccer (barely), table tennis, minigolf, cycling, and prone holds (planks). I'd prob also do ok in a boxing ring due to my speed, reach and anaerobic capacity, but have never really sparred (spent plenty of time on a bag with some coaching).

Basically Im superman but cooler.

well in general constant training helps you be better at whatever you're training in
in my case the military makes me shoot at pieces of paper a lot, so I've gotten quite good at shooting pieces of paper
