Missing turns

What is the policy for a guy who is missing turns? He misses one and then plays one and misses one and plays one. It seems to be helping him win the game. This is also the first round I've noticed it happening.

As a host of the tourney am I able to drop him if he keeps it up? Thanks.

If someone is being detrimental to your tournament, then I think it's your prerogative as a TO to do what you think is best for your tournament first and secondarily what is best for the tournament world and the site as a whole. If someone were doing that on purpose to gain an advantage, then I would take some kind of action (such as giving them a warning) and escalate as you deem necessary. If someone were doing it accidentally, I would take action as well, because that's no good either.

In any case, I think this is a situation that you can handle in the manner you see best for the specific tournament you have going.

Great thanks, I just wasn't sure if I was allowed to take prerogative for what I thought was best or some policy I needed to follow.
