Wishy-Washy Mafia (7/13) Endgame: Forgiveness (Town Win)

First off. I need something to keep me alive before finals. Second off, this is guaranteed to be interesting, but I won't exactly guarantee extended balance. Another thing, this game REQUIRES ACTIVE PARTICIPATION. If you aren't around for 3-5 days 1st time is warning second time its replace/MK.
That being said:
Welcome to Wishy-washy Mafia.
Its a town where nobody cares about anything, not even that the local McD's is going bankrupt. They wouldn't care if criminals hid in their town, just as long as they didn't start causing trouble. Overall its a small town, because those who come quickly leave, but those who stay... Well they stay forever. Ironically they've all got jobs, and graduated from places like TokyoU, Harvard, or Oxford all at young ages. That or they're like Bill Gates, college/high school dropouts who couldn't stand the education system, so just left and built things from the ground up. Whatever. They aren't all that into the past or future anyways. However there is a small dark side approaching, nothing lethal per say... unless you get in their way. And this small town is a perfect place to start their evil plans.

1. Moderator
1. If I make a mistake( ), I will try and fix it.
2. I have the final word. Do not try to argue.
3. Vote Counts will come every day or as asked. (If I just did one, then don't ask.)
2. Voting, Lynching, and Ending the Day
a. All votes and unvotes must be in color and I would really prefer bold. If they are not, they will not be tallied.
b. You are not required to unvote before placing a new vote.
c. Lynching requires a majority of the town vote, once the majority has been reached any unvotes will not be counted. The majority is half the player's alive +1.
d. You may vote ‘no lynch’ to end the day without a death.
e. Without a Majority I will enforce a No Lynch.
3. Day/Night Lengths
. Day 1 will be 12 days from the time of the first scene and will end at 9pm EST of the 12th day.
a. All other days will be 240 hours (10 days) and will end at 10pm EST of the 10th day.
b. All nights will be 48 hours.
c. Extensions
An extension may be granted for a day if requested by 3 separate people.
Extensions will be for 48 hours.
There can be two extensions per day and no night extensions will be given.
4. Be attentive and active in the game
. You must post at least once every 96 hours (4 days)
First time not posting, will result in a prod.
Second time will probably result in being replaced.
a. Try not to double post except to EBWOP.
b. If something prevents you from participating for a long period of time, announce it in this thread, the vacation thread, AND via PM to rishaed.
5. What Not To Do (Breaking these rules can earn you a mod kill)
. Do not quote any PM's you receive from the moderator or another player. You may say your name, role, associated abilities.
a. The game will not be discussed outside this thread, unless your role specifically says you can.
b. Do not edit/delete previous posts.
c. You cannot talk at night. Ever.
d. Once your death scene has been posted, you can no longer post anything related to the game.
6. Behavior
. Be nice and do not make personal jabs at other game players.
a. Try not take anything personal.
b. Understand that some players may be new, be accomodating.
c. As much as possible keep it clean, I’m not a big fan of cussing, too much and I may give a warning, then if it continues modkill.

For this game I am bringing back No Lynches without Majority Rule, so If you don't vote.... well this game could possibly last an extremely long time.

This will be somewhat of an atypical setup, but read the rules carefully, and maybe go through some of the links. Many of the players here will be more than willing to help clarify things. As your mod I am also willing for PM's if you have questions.
