Congratulations to hmsps for winning this tournament!

This is a tourney for 21 players. Because players will play many games at once, this is a premium-only tournament.

In this tournament we pay tribute to Sid Meier’s Civilisations, one of the greatest map-based strategy series of all time. I’ve borrowed as many elements from the original Civilisations—in particular Civ II—as possible. (See below for a list.)

Your challenge: can you keep your civilization alive until the end?
