I believe Mattymann and Matto863 are the same person or two people cheating in games, look at their game history together, expierenced in in the last game I played against them as well

in game 15367304 look at the way they played it, they are either two players private message, not in the chat, or it is one user with two accounts, I believe it is one user with two accounts more strongly because they are from the same place and joined around the same time. their names are Mattymann, and Matto863
