When I started this series, I wasn't sure how long I would run with it. I knew I would probably go with more than a single-digit number of tournaments in this series, which is why right from the beginning I started the numbering system with two digits. (The first one was numbered 01) Anyway, I still love this map, but at long last I am starting to show the first signs of boredom with it. Therefore, the time has come to make a decision.

The series will go to number 32. After 32 we will have a Grand Finale tournament. Rules about exactly how we will handle duplicate qualifications and/or vanished members will be published later.

In the meantime, I will try to combat my impending boredom (and yours) by dressing up these last 16 tourneys with some GA medals, maybe some other prizes, maybe some other special features. PM me if you have a cool idea for GA medals and/or special features that could be incorporated in this series without destroying the basic simplicity of it.

For this one, I am applying for a GA medal for the person who wins fastest, while starting second.
    Tiebreaker for the GA will be having the most troops on a Hanseatic town at the end of the game. Second tiebreaker if needed will be precendence (first to sign up.)



Map: Baltic Crusades

Settings: Auto Seq No Spoils Chained Foggy Trench No Round Limit
Warning to all the silly trench-haters: this is a trench tournament!

Tournament Flow: 32-player 1v1 elimination bracket. Bracket-randomization feature at Challonge.com will be used in setup. 1 game per round for first four rounds, followed by a best-of-three Final. Freemiums are allowed, but are required to reserve one spot for this tourney, and will default if they fail to do so. If a freemium makes it to the final, we can play 1 game at a time.
