Anyone else have issues with contacting CC?

I've had two tickets with the CC Support Center recently and not very good experiences. Both times they have been rude, snarky and given allot of attitude.

I don't know what type of customer service does this. It especially irritates me because I pay for a membership. Also I have gotten 6 of my friends to play here and 2 have memberships too. I don't think its asking much to treat people nicely.

I'll probably get allot of crap for this or this will be taken down but I wanted to say my 2 cents.

yeah, i agree that a lot of them can be snarky, and very unprofessional, but you get what you pay for... however, you should really post the entire unedited convo, if you want a real assessment...-Jésus noir

thanks guys. glad I'm not the only one. I don't know if I have the entire conversation. I think I deleted the emails. I'm kinda over it at this point. No I don't come to the forums that much. I just assumed from other experiences that there could be a good chance that this gets taken down. Guess i'm ok. lol
