Live Chat Mafia - we need YOUR input

Hi guys, in the spirit of making the live chat mafia actually a regular thing, I want your thoughts and input on this.

I was thinking of hosting a monthly or bi-weekly mafia night. I'd start it off at my regular hour, and dakky (or any of you, for that matter) could continue when I run out of time. It would start at a fixed hour, and run for as long as there are enough players willing to continue playing and modding.

Chat mods are willing to put up a small reward for playing these, in the form of an appreciation reward (under discussion). I know most of you would play even without any reward, but it would be nice to have eh.

Any input on this? Remarks? Suggestions? Shoot

This would be awesome. I agree that a regular schedule will go a long way towards sustaining this. Perhaps one month, we could make an official game out of live chat, but we'll probably want to see how it goes before we do that.

Any suggestions, including for time and dates, are welcome.
I was thinking 1 or 2 Tuesdays each month, and you'd just hop into Chat to see if there are games going on. If there as a big enough group, you can easily start a game.

Experience tells me that most games would be played starting from 11.00 CC time onwards. And it would stop once players start leaving. If there's a group in chat before that time, you can play.

That's around lunch time for those in the Eastern time zone US--so I bet that would bring in some people. Plus there are the usuals who are always in LC that will be around then.

And that's exactly why I would never be able to make it. If we could get a crowd on a Sunday, though, I would be able to mod/play a bi-weekly or monthly game then.

I've moved from being site based to being office based. This results in me working on a pc that is censured and also having work to do for the entirety of the time I am at work, thus I cannot play LIVE mafia.

I need experience before I will be able to play live mafia.
Perhaps in the future, but 11.00 CCT on weekdays would be impossible for me (except Wednesdays), that's around 17.00 here and I am still at work at that time.

We can try a few different times to see what works best, or have alternating times or something.

no you dont need more experience.
these tend to be quick games, and you can learn quickly. best way to learn is to play.
