Game Creation Labels

The 1st Clan Contacts have privileges to create the home games and invite their players. When creating a game use this tournament: "2015 [CL7] Second Division". For your home games label the games with your clan abbreviation first, followed by "vs", followed by the away clan. For example, the first set of Round 1 is ATL against VDLL, so ATL should create their home games with the following label: R1 ATL vs VDLL The second set is the VDLL home games and the label should be: R1 VDLL vs ATL

Posting Games

We're going to do this a little different than in CL6. Every clan has to post their home games in the thread dedicated for that purpose: "[CL7] Active War Game Lists for Second Division Only". Do not post them in this thread. Furthermore, you only need to post the game numbers. No need to post the map and players. Please link the game numbers to the game. You can do this by highlighting each game number and and clicking the "Game" button above the textbox.

Yeah, I've checked my games several times. Perhaps just a bit paranoid I may have missed something.

Mudpuppy actually checked the amount of players of this division. I did some random checks in the Premier Division.

In both divisions the deadlines were met by all clans, a CL record! =D>

Hooray for the luck of flat rate starting to appear. This is why I don't like some lower ranked clans.

What is up with the Game finder??? And why is so hard to fill games ?

Paul made standard games in the quads. How do we handle that? maybe trips or what ever. can the games be deleted ?

I don't know the answer to your first 2 questions, but here is the answer to the last question, also sent by PM. Just posting it here because other clans may find the answer useful:

Wow, 20PMs? I thought the world was coming to an end, but it's just 2 games created wrongly....

TOP had not even posted the games in the Active War Games thread yet and PACK already joined them?

Sounds to me that PACK is as much at fault as TOP for joining them without checking.

Anyway, the 2 games have been remade, so problem solved.

Next time, simply report it once and ask the other clan to remake them. No need to go on about it.

As for the games that are not triples, but are now ongoing, they simply don't count for CL7. We mods don't have the ability to delete games once they're ongoing, only admin does. And they'll need a lot more reason than "a mistake when creating them".

You can try filling out an e-ticket, but I doubt very much they'll be deleted.

OK so no more joining games before they are up in the active game thread? Seems like a odd statement. Well I will wait for that to fill TOPS games.

I'm not saying it's not allowed. If the games are not posted yet, the home clan may not be ready to have games joined yet. Unless they send them to the opponent by PM, of course.

Anyway, there are 5 days for home games to be joined and another 5 days for the away games to be joined. Plenty of time to check everything before joining.

Now I'm confused! So clans are making games they don't want filled? This is rather odd in the CL. This all being said, like I said I will wait for the games to be posted in the active game thread. Thanks

There's always the possibility of wanting to play another map, dropping the game and creating a new one. When you've invited your lads already, the game won't simply drop. The games aren't official until they're posted in the warthread.

Most of the time, games that are created won't be dropped. You can therefore already think about where to field your own players and what maps they may prefer.

Gentlemen,

The issue has been addressed. Additionally, I have sent a ticket to CC requesting the erroneously created games be deleted since this is what both our clans wanted.

I am sorry this occurred....but I created all the 8 Home games in the same manner. The Trips games were the only ones that were messed up by CC computers. One of the games I created (Baltic Dubs) actually disappeared completely. I had to re-create it also.

I have done everything possible to correct this glitch. I did everything right and in the same manner in which I created the Rnd 1 games. I am sorry this happened....and I am sorry John seemed insistent on blaming me for a mistake CC computers made. I will be more diligent next time and make sure the games come out correctly.

Sincerely,

PaulatPeace

So this is all running smoothly and everyone's keeping their deadlines?

In my memory, the Clan League is one big chaos. Now it turns out that memory is due to my perfect way of organizing :P

Is it my pc or is there a problem with the links at the top? When I click on any of the links in the
CL7 MAIN THREAD > RESULTS > STANDINGS
above, it drops me to the read headings in the first 2 posts in this thread, but those links do not click to anything. Is there a way to view the standings so far?

Thanks for your help.
