World Championship Football 1930 [completed:winner:Captn B]

The 1st worldchampionship football was an invitational tournament gathering 13 teams out of 3 confederations.
Settings in this tourney will be random,polymorphic games included.
The 13 participants will be divided in 4 groups, 1 group of 4 players and 3 groups of 3 players.Every player plays one match against the other players of the group.
Victory gives 2 points,draw gives 1 point.
In the tournament an average of 3,89 goals were scored.This means for my tourney 4 games per match will be played scoring 1 goal per victory.
The 4 group winners will play the semi-finals,winner of Group A plays winner of group D and winner of Group B plays winner of Group C.
If the score is 2-2 after 4 games 2 additional games will be played representing the prolongations.If the score is still tied after that players will be asked to choose 5 maps representing their penalty shoot-outs.Every home map they win is a scored penalty,lost home maps are losses.Settings will be random.If the score is still tied after that every player choses 1 map per round untill we have a winner.
The Final is played according the same rules as the semi's.

Groups have not!!! the same composition as in the original tournament.
