You also have the option to join another clan en masse.

Someone else coming in may well face the same problems as mcshanester29 and you may find yourselves in the same situation a few months down the line if someone does take on the role. Expertise comes from trying and doing, working together helps immensely, leaving it to someone else never works well.

That is the most likely outcome, just thought we'd see if by chance someone with the experience was possibly up for a challenge. But yes -most likely most of vvv will become a mercenry unit.
