Comments: This player has played all but one of his 7 games on the Feudal Maps. Also, based on what I have seen from my game with this player, I suspect this player to be a Multi.

*Edit* This player has had a previous account. I told him to contact the support page or the admins. I believe that no malicious intent was involved here. I would hate for someone to be banned, based on the fact that they did not understand multiple accounts was against the site rules.

Dude. I didn't realise multiple accounts were against the rules, and acknowledged that I had more than one account immediately when you asked. I had also already contacted the ConquerClub moderation team using the link that you provided me, and told you as much. You didn't even do me the courtesy of telling me that you had made this thread: another player had to let me know. Deliberately attempting to get someone banned and refusing to play any further moves in your game when you're about to lose so that you don't have to lose points against a much lower ranked player is petty. (And by the way, I've never been higher than a sergeant first class, so it's not like you were unknowingly facing some massively ranked player.)

To the mod team: I sent a message to the general enquiries email address about this. I did not use multiple accounts to cheat in multiplayer games. It was a simple misunderstanding. As I said in the message I sent to you, I checked the Terms of Service and didn't see anything about it and so assumed it wasn't a problem. I returned to ConquerClub less than a week ago and wasn't familiar with the rules.

He thought I was an experienced player because I kicked his butt and he didn't think a new player could possibly do that. The irony is that I returned to ConquerClub less than a week ago after not playing since 2012 lol

This post was made before he acknowledged he had previously had an account. Most people who create multiple accounts on purpose are very defensive. He was not, and that's why I have the *Edit* section on this post. There is clearly a difference between abusing the site and just not knowing something, and he is not abusing the site.

I didn't finish my game because we live in different time zones. It was 2:30 AM on a Friday morning where I lived when I logged out of Conquer Club. You must understand I have other priorities besides staying up all night to finish on game...

I usually give the benefit of the doubt but he created 3 additional accounts and was playing all 4 accounts. I believe he was trying to get around the 4 game limit. His original account had over 780 games played so I do believe he had an idea he was breaking the rules.

Yes, I've played tons of games in the past, but that was *four years ago*. Had I maliciously made four accounts knowing it to be against the rules, I can assure you I would have used a proxy or made some effort to hide my IP. I certainly would not have acknowledged to some random stranger in a game that I had multis. I also read the Terms of Use carefully on my return to CC before making multiple accounts and it said nothing about multiple accounts: https://www.conquerclub.com/public.php?mode=termsofuse I didn't realise there was a separate set of rules.

It's really frustrating that you USUALLY give people the benefit of the doubt but that doesn't apply in my case!

As far as I am concerned you lose the benefit of the doubt when you create 3 additional accounts. I do know that when I created my account back in the stone ages we had to chisel into stone that we understood that multiple accounts aren't allowed. Now maybe they removed that in the years that I have played here or maybe when you create multiple accounts that don't make you click the button acknowledging that multiple accounts are not allowed

Him and I had a nice chat in live chat. He might not be super happy with how it all went down, but I hope he is satisfied with the outcome and gives it another chance. Hopefully he won't be needing the eticket anymore. Either way, C&A case closed.
