New Player Criteria

Since so many are confined to their homes, I've noticed an increase in people joining CC, however, most are not premium and they are joining random games without ever taking their turns. I think new players should have to meet some kind of requirement before they can randomly join games. Not sure what that would look like. Thoughts and suggestions?

There could be a guided tutorial. Perhaps a mandatory completed bot game against CoachBot.

That would be a great idea then at least folks could get a feel for the game and if they really want to play.
