My Map, Your Settings #16: Doodle Earth [Winner: barley]

Okay, so my tournament series may have taken a brief eight-year hiatus... but hey, let's start it up again!

This tournament will be a 1v1 tournament on Doodle Earth. It will consist of two double round robins (you play each opponent in your group twice), so premiums only!

GAME FORMAT:

Typically, I'd allow the previous winner to pick a map for this tournament. I don't believe yanakis (The winner of #15) is still active, but if I'm wrong, send me a message and I'll start up #17 ASAP! With that in mind, I've picked the most played map on the site for 1v1 games that has not previously been used in this series: Doodle Earth. (Note: this surprised me! I figured it would have been USA or World 2.1. Guess everyone just wants to play quick games now and then. Doodle Earth is actually 2nd all-time in 1v1 games played, behind Classic. After that is Feudal War and Luxembourg.) All games will be 1v1, played on that map; required settings: standard (non-polymorphic), sequential, and casual. Each player will submit his or her "home settings", which consist of deployment, spoils, foggy/sunny, and reinforcements.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

16 entrants split into 4 groups of 4 via random.org.
Each group of 4 will play a double round robin; one game on each person's settings.
No tiebreakers in the first round; anyone in the lead or tied for the lead of their group at the end of the first round will advance to the final group.
The final group will be another double round robin. Standings will reset; first round scores do not carry over.
If any group of 2 or more players is tied for the lead after the finals, they will play extra double round robins until the tie is broken.

A plays B on Doodle Earth with A's home settings.
A plays B on Doodle Earth with B's home settings.
A plays C on Doodle Earth with A's home settings.

There will be more than 4 games going out at a time; so, premiums only, please. Any game not joined within 48 hours will be deemed a forfeit. I will use reserves to replace deadbeats in round 1 only.

To sign up, please post to this thread with your favorite settings to use on Doodle Earth. Default settings, if you don't include them, will be automatic, escalating, chained, and sunny.
