Audit of CC's representativeness and immediate remedial action if CC is not inclusive
Specifics/Details:
Sexism and racism are rife in the white male-dominated video games industry (e.g. see here and here)
CC would benefit from being aware of how representative and inclusive it truly is and acting as a beacon of equality in this sector (specific benefits set out below)
Step one would be to audit the current and recent leader boards examining the ethnic and gender make up of said leader boards, and a similar audit of moderation team membership
Step two would be to give points boosts (e.g. inflated winnings from games) and positions on the mod team to any groups not currently proportionately represented on the score boards and moderation team, to help improve the visibility and representation of these groups within the CC community
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
Better atmosphere
Reduced racism and sexism in the open fora
Thousands(?) more members attracted to CC's new inclusive air

Don't get me wrong, but just by stating that someone needs to get *inflated* points you become a racist and sexist in my eyes. That actually shows how less you think about other people. People get the same points on the same conditions. Period. That's fairness and equality.
Maybe if they are a bame, transgender, female, who’s a bit short, and lives in a crap town, they should just get give a tournament victory once a year?
I suppose the best way around this is to stop rewarding on merit at all? Purely start ranking people by how many intersectionality points they accrue!
Maybe make white people pay double for premium? And let bame people get it for free?

On a serious note, anyone who believes that the whole "give every participant a trophy" thing has helped western society in any way, is in my opinion grossly mistaken.
