You have been on this site over a year and he already has more wins than you in 10x less games. Once you have played as many games as I have, cheaters stand out like a sore thumb. There is a ramping up period on this site when EVERYONE starts. The various settings and maps cannot be found anywhere else and require some getting used to. Nobody hits the ground running and wins at a 70% rate with less than a month experience on maps and settings that are not standard. Before you say you are just mad he beat you, I have lost over 20k games and could care less about my record or losing points. I do however care when people on this site cheat.

All I said was maybe provide some evidence to your claim. I may have a young account, but I can spot a cheater. In fact while you're searching, you should search C&A history. I have caught and helped bust a multi. I provided evidence.

Unfortunately, the OP has a point on this one. He's right to ask for a multi-check when a suspicious account pops up. It is extremely rare for a new player to be THAT good at the game. Even some of the best strategists on CC don't have a 70% win rate. So, that's always a red flag. It doesn't mean that he is a multi, it just makes the account suspicious enough to check out.

If it's proven than he's not a multi after the MHs look into it, then there's no harm done. =)

What sort of evidence a regular CC user can provide here, does he have IP check, monitoring capabilities, or anything sort ?
His evidence, lets not say evidence but what he has got in his hands is reasonable doubt, so he brings down here for a check up...
I do not know what you are about with your evidence thing...Crimes not always comes with clear visible evidences but sometimes leave tracks for ppl to feel suspicious about.
Most of times you make sense Dodge, appreciate that, but not this time. I guess you are wrong here now.
b00060 is fully right with this accuasition, regardless of his accuasition is correct or not.
It is like someone to visit police station and fill a report of a suspicious case asking for a check up.

I have got to add,
the accused may have played risk game on board or whatsoever previously, so may have some familiarity to explain his success.
He may be all clean, but an accuasition is not going to ruin his career as long as he is not cheating.
It is not very big to debate over it.

I have got to add, not for accused's defence,
maps he has played are standard maps, at least half of opponents he has played are relatively lower ranks,
he might be a colonel/brigadier skilled one in a captain shape and look, for such a player games against privates, sergeants may add % 20 + % 50 avarage to make it % 70...
it is not so big, it is not e = m*c*c
