Looks like this could be a multi or secret diplomacy.
In one of the games they lost they were complaining that one of the other players was a multi.

SXSW and stevekub have received a WARNING AND BLOCK for secret diplomacy.
It took me awhile because I thought they were multi accounts. But I am not 100% convinced that they are so I only warned and blocked for secret diplomacy.
