Teams 1 and 5 have openly colluded from the opening of the game, allowing each to obtain a dominant position over the other teams. They are not hiding this - they have used the chat to coordinate their moves and sit even in advanced rounds with 1s on each other's borders where they have double or triple digit attacks threatening and attacking the other teams.

I don't think there is much that the C&A team can do with this one.

Unfortunately, what they have done isn't against the rules. I will say that teaming up and then keeping that collaboration going for the entirety of the game is very poor sportsmanship, but so long as they do it openly, it's within the rules. They've only ever been in one game together, so it's not a systematic thing either. Because it's open, other people in the game have an opportunity to team up to counter it.

I would personally advise to rate them accordingly at the end of your game and/or foe them if you don't want to play with them again.
