Specifics/Details:
- include a minimum ratings check box when creating games
- Suggest just one check box allowing a minimum level of decency in another e.g. 4.7 or 4.8
- It probably needs a change to the ratings system that allows for changes in behaviour so an old history doesn't penalise a reformed player
- May require another check box not allowing very new users in as an add on to prevent a multis work around
- Allows the creator to only play people who are considered polite players into their games
- This would encourage other players to consider their behaviour so that they can join more games
