Comments: Just take a look at his given rates. Almost eveeyone gots 1. And he starts conversation in chat and when players don't do as he wants he just gives 1. I'm gona foe him and rate accordingly. But I think is unhealthy to allow this kind of people to leave rates at all.

I second that. Look at his first 3 pages on ratings given. Even dhallmeyer got all ones..
It's quite an impressive list of good rated players that he lowballs with all ones..
He enjoys to give people all ones just to drag their rating average down when he loses..
Also he names quite a few generals and field marshall "clueless" while giving them all ones.
If this is not rating abuse then what is?

brigadier danmas : "poor strategy"

I'm gonna move on. He won't change it. I will bad rate him as we happened to be in other game.I Dont care about mine, but his overall doing was bothering me, so I'm ok with the warning. Wel okay, i asked around and seems he was right on him.
But i don't know PaulatPeace and bunch of these other generals since i only joined in 2021. I do know that the list is so big that it is rating abuse.
And the players i do got to know (a big bunch of players under brigadier rank) do not deserve these lowball ratings either.
Like i said dhallmayer all ones, that includes 1/5 for fair play too. He is always the gentleman and good sports
