Game Creation Labels

The 1st Clan Contacts, and some 2nd Clan Contacts, have privileges to create the home games and invite their players. When creating a game use this tournament: "2022 [CL14] Third Division". For your home games label the games R? (whatever the round number is in place of ?) followed with your clan abbreviation first, followed by "vs", followed by the away clan. For example, the first set of Round 1 is FOED against AFOS so FOED should create their home games with the following label: [b][color=#000080]R1 FOED vs AFOS[/color][/b] The second set is the AFOS home games and the label should be: [b][color=#000080]R1 AFOS vs FOED[/color][/b]

Posting Games

Do [u]not[/u] post them in this war thread. Furthermore, you only need to post the game numbers. No need to post the map and players. Please link the game numbers to the game. You can do this by highlighting each game number and and clicking the "Game" button above the textbox.

R2 - No home games for AFOS and no request for extension. PM sent.

Round Three - RGV failed to send invites for GON home games. Infraction received and if games not started by 23:59 CCT 11/28/22, another will be given.

GON has a 1 unaccepted invite, but Bantam did send me a message so as long as filled in a timely matter, no official warning.

Checking

Maps:
A map may not be used while it is still in Beta.
Each map can be used a maximum of 4 times during the main course of the tournament.
This max resets for playoff round(s)
A map can only be used once per home set, per round.
The random map option can be used without limitation.

With 5 clans in the Third Divison , a cln asquares off against only 4 clanns and can use the same map for Home Games in each of these 4square off?s

Yes, but there are still 8 playable rounds for each clan here, as it's a "double" double round robin. So, you can still only use a map in 1/2 the rounds.

Multiple clans are still labeling their home games improperly. Please do so using the following guide:

RGV received an infraction and AFOS a 24hr extension on filling RGV's Round 5 Home games.

Round 5 Away games - 1 spot not filled by KNT, they have until 12:00 CCT 1/16/23 to fill or they will receive an infraction

Round 6 Home Games - A couple issues with empty spaces where there should be invites, but no one late!

Game 22249312, Game 22249318, Game 22249320 and Game 22249335 all missing 1 player for AFOS - Walled the contacts
If no invites out by 23:59 CCT 1/30/23, an infraction will be received.

KNT failed to fill the round 6 away games and are receiving an infraction. If not filled by 23:59 CCT 2/7/23, another will be given.

Round 8 Home
No games and no request for extension from KNT. They have received an infraction and will get another if games not made with all invites sent by 23:59 CCT on 3/14/23.

AFOS has missing invites for Game 22339323 and Game 22339333. If invites not sent by 23:59 CCT on 3/14/23, they will receive an infraction.

RGV has 15 games created. If not rectified by 23:59 CCT on 3/14/23, they will receive an infraction.

GON has missing invites for Game 22340093 and Game 22340101. If invites not sent by 23:59 CCT on 3/14/23, they will receive an infraction.


Round 8 Away
AFOS will receive an additional 48 hours to fill their away games because of KNT's lateness.

GON will receive an additional 24 hours to fill their away games because of RGV's mistake.

GON has missing invites in Game 22384651 and Game 22384657. They will receive an infraction if not filled by 23:59 CCT on 4/4/23.
