I believe there is no place for this type of attitude and behaviour in this game, certainly no need for profanity and belittling people for making decisions that they do not agree with.

He didn't really say anything terrible. He called you dumb, and while it isn't nice, it falls under the rude category rather than abusive. Just rate him accordingly for being rude and a sore loser. Or whatever tags you want to give him. That's what the ratings system is for.

If someone is being systematically abusive across multiple games, or is using bigoted or excessive abusive language in a game chat, then admins will definitely take a look at that.
