Saw this facebook post on my wall... i immediately recognized the map and was so confused that an 'authority' type site was using this as if it were a 'real' map.

i thought it was interesting.

Lol, I mean using that map to teach history would be highly inaccurate. But hey can we get those kids to CC?

omg people are just unbearably gullible these days lol.

its' like when astronomical cycles are the ONLY causation for Climate change on planets & moons, but then you get the media to convince people its' their fault for changing the climate.
....or scaring everyone into thinking they will suffer and die from a re-branded flu unless they inject themselves with toxic untested serum from greedy multi-national corporations.
.......or spewing out propaganda since the 1960's to create the idea of 'gender' and then telling people they can be any gender they feel like LOL.


kidding aside, that's one of my fav maps.... and arguably one the prettiest here. BUT
We should be airing the question: Are there ANY maps being USED by others for their personal gain - and if so, how often could it be happening?
