You don't pick Game Settings, only Home Map. You are in with Random as your HOME MAP. Re-read the Rules prior to the Kick off of Season 21 M8. GOOD LUCK!

My reserves are complaining that they dont get enough time on the pitch, so Id like to start up a secondary youth team for them.

Same Bat City and Stadium of course

That's an interesting idea. Some Soccer Leagues in Europe do it, they just exclude the 2nd team from getting into the same League as the 1st team. But, I think too hard to manage for us. Also, you could not play in the same Stadia, so it'd also need to be a different HOME MAP. Interesting idea.
