I dont know if this is a game violation but is very annoying and is making me very frustrated!
Wooooood has me trapped I have one territory with one guy and he has 17 sitting there and he will not kill me off this is 3rd round he has me just sitting there with no options and no way to leave game. I have not done or ever said anything to him I have no idea why he will not kill me off it's a terminator game so. Please help. I'm a free player and I have only 4 game slots and this hurts. In past I have payed for premium and do plan to again

Taking hostage is against the rule.

It might be he didn't kill you because of cards though, because eliminating you might have force him to use cards he didn't want to use.
You might want to put a message on his wall asking him to read the chat, maybe he missed it. - also maybe notify him that as a freemium player you'd really like to get a free spot, he might have not realized that.

Looking at the game chat and the game itself, to me it looks more of a tactical move, than a deliberate hostage situation.
I see you have now been eliminated.
If you have no issues, I would like to close this.

Hey, thanks for the context. The reason I didn't eliminate you in those circumstances is that it would have made me cash my cards (remember it was zombie settings), and that would have been bad for me, as I had 3 of my own terts with a lot of troops at that point. So I took two turns to reconsolidate. In the game chat I briefly explained this.
Anyhow, it's not personal and if you look back at the game chat and log hopefully you can see it that way.
