Stats tab change- not reading enemy territories correclty in fog

Scripts/third party programs used: none- these are built in now right?

Concise description:
Stats tab not being helpful in FOW games

Specifics:
In my FOW games, in the past its told me seen enemy terr over total enemy terr. now the denominator is total foggy territories? Its not as helpful/ seems like a bug

edit: maybe just in my 1982 games, like Game 23524513. other games do not give this same readout

trying to post a screenshot here:

the readout would be more helpful if it says like 7/13 (the true total of terr total for frank in this game)
