We call it sun tea or patio ice tea, but the ice comes later. Not sure if this is still popular or regional. Have a gallon glass container. Add water and tea bags and set in the sun.
Is it really any different then setting inside the house or refrigerator???
Back in the day I'd add a nice batch of tea to a 5 gallon batch of homebrew. My version of a Grants Russian Imperial Stout with a tea kicker was my fave. Think I still have some of the labels I made...called it Psycho Suds. Had some damn fun parties.
