I play the game for many years and i had automatically anual payment. Sudenly this year that stopped so i tried to buy a membership again from the store. But couldnt make it for some some reason i cant understand.
My credit card is OK, has money inside and i have no problem with the other net payments. The message that appears is "customer not created". I tried with another credit card and still the same problem so its not my card's problem. I oppened a ticket and they told me to contact my bank. I did but they couldnt see any problem. Has anyone ever deal with the same problem? Thanks

Check C&A, you were busted as a multi and stripped of premium. they are allowing you to continue on the site, due to your longevity and their desperation for members... However, as you are one of the most notorious cheats EVER on the site, they will not take your money or allow you unlimited games again... Go check the thread...
