This is a new ladder style tournament.

First phase is winning your regional qualifier tournament.
Winners will advance to their respective Hemisphere tournament.
Winners of Hemi tournament will advance to World Domination tournament.

Players can only be in one active tournament at a time.

Only players with a location in Europe allowed to participate.

Only maps in Europe will be played

Winner will advance to their respective Hemi tournament.

Winner is the first person to defeat 5 unique opponents
In the case of a tie, head to head record will decide the winner
If there is still a tie, record against common opponents will decide the winner
If there is still a tie, a 1 game playoff will decide the winner.

I must say that I struggle a bit with the rules. If only winners qualify, how fo you get 16 players for the Hemisphere phase?
