what do the stars that sometime appear in extended data after the brackets round the territory percentages mean? some have dashes some have stars?

people that give that time to create these programs / scripts and new maps e.t.c deserve praise for making the whole CC experience a more enjoyable one.... wish i had half a brain to do something like that...

It is meant to help you see how many territories you need to take off them to reduce their territory bonus by 1
