Settings:
Standard-sequential-flat rate-unlimited-fog of war is on
Players needed 48 (can do 64 if there is a groundswell)
Maps-each player chooses a unique home map to play on.
3 Regions-split on random.org will play all 16 maps within their region.
All games are 4 player games.
4 games will be assigned each week until all 16 are started.
The Finals will be the top two players in each region based on number on wins. There are no points for second place. In the event of any tie that would result in more than 2 players from a region advancing there will be a tiebreaker-1 game playoff map.
Tiebreaker maps are as follows:
Region 1 Germany
Region 2 Australia
Region 3 Asia.
The finals will be as follows:
Round 1-4 games:
8 Thoughts (nontraditional Risk map)
Philippines (small map)
Middle Earth (fantasy map)
Battle for Australia (battle map)
At this point any player without a win is eliminated and two more games are begun-all wins carry forward
Canada (traditional standard medium Risk map)
Bamboo Jack (nontraditional risk war map)
If there is a tie at this point the tied players will play one final game-winner take all
Classic (traditional Risk-we need one repeat so we'll put it here where its least likely to be used.)
red maps are already claimed
blue maps are reserved for the tiebreaker/finals rounds and also not available at this point

Here's how I'm going to do these standings. It'll be
player's name total wins/potential wins if they win every game still active (maps won) This means that each Monday the potential wins will increase by 4 until all 16 maps in the region are up and running.
RED indicates a player has been eliminated
