forfeit button for heads up games

we need a forfeit button for heads up games. I hate when people deadbeat. this would solve that problem easily.

It has been suggested countless times and rejected. And it has to be coded into the site not outside it, so a Greasemoneky script won't help!

this should be in suggestions shouldn't it? but it would be a nice addition for people who don't care enough to stay with the fight
