[Abandoned] - India

Post by reverend_kyle »

Mod Note: similar map developed --> viewtopic.php?t=58715

I started this about a month ago based off another map I found in the foundry that seemed abandoned. I pmed the map maker when I started and it's been about 2 months now and haven't received a response. Is it safe to continue progress.

There are a few of old India threads, at least two of which showed real promise. It's a perfect size and shape for a map.

At hte moment its crisp, clean adn legible. But its missing a little flavour. It ned the attack routes of the old map. and its a little plain around the sides.
What do you know about map making, bitch?

Some mistakes that need to be corrected:

Bhotan -> Bhutan

Vinhiya -> Vindhya

Mughais -> Mughals

Also Ganges and Brahmaputra are rivers not static water bodies!

And I am assuming that the map is based on the state of India a hundred years ago, right? The territories are a bit iffy but doable I guess. Good work though!

Id like to see you finish a map, because you seem easily distracted, and start maps every few weeks it seems.

I thoroughly intend to finish this Caspian Sea and Nfl. Caspian sea is my main project, but I'm still trying to figure out the mountain situation and people aren't commenting on alot else on it.
