Why is Bob bouncing around?

I did a quick check and didn't see anyone else ask this.

When I have Bob activated, my screen bounces around. When I don't, all is good.

Just a guess, but did you turn ON the option Hide Menu? It will cause the menu to pop up when you move your mouse to the Left side of the screen.

If that's not it, what do you mean by screen bouncing around?
