Comments: Look at the way they play, obviously its one person playing 2 accounts. One person plays one minute after the other but when reaching the end of the game, only one attacks while one is used to deploy. The game became a speed game as both teams were playing at the same time and had many turns going on and on but as you can see, his team attacked only one after the other. He even left me and my friend negative comments.
Looking back at other games played between them, it is really suspicious that both are the same player as for doubles matches, they are played in the same way, 1minute after the other. Whereas for singles matches(3 players), it is clear that they are ganging up on the 3rd player as they attacked that other player more than they attack each other.
They're definitely multis. They NEVER overlap in free style games. They're both from England, have played a ton of games together, back to back turns, etc... Where there is smoke there is....

This is for sure multi the games they play together 1 deploys while 1 attacks this is for sure multi and they played a ton of games together I know this is multi!!Its obviously that this is multi cause they play 1 minute after the other
When a mod get time to look at the report, they will put something like [Pending] into the title of the thread. These things take time to research, and there is a whole page of threads that they need to look into. Some of the mods may have lives outside of CC, and this was a holiday weekend in the US. The best advice I have is to be patient, and this will be dealt with eventually, hopefully shortly.

These two do know each other, thus the back to back turns and the "ganging" that was alluded to in some of the comments of this thread were in 3-player games. One was to take green out as he had a good drop and the others just aren't good enough evidence at all.
